What is the difference between the monthly fee and the setup fee?+
The setup fee is one-time. Workflow design, n8n implementation, API integrations, testing, and go-live are all included in this fee. The monthly fee covers ongoing operations: monitoring, optimisation, adding new workflows when needed, monthly strategy calls, and technical support.
Which package should I pick?+
The best way is to look at your monthly revenue, the scope of automation you need, and the state of your existing marketing team together. If you have one critical process (such as lead capture plus CRM), Starter is enough. If you need 3-5 parallel workflows plus AI agents, Pro makes sense. If you want me to run all of your digital marketing end to end, let's talk about Strategic Partnership. The fastest way to a clear decision is a 30-minute strategy call.
Is there a contract term? How do cancellations work?+
Monthly packages start with a 3-month minimum commitment. That window is required for the deployed automation to gather data and for optimisation to produce meaningful results. After that, billing becomes month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Strategic Partnership has a 6-month minimum because organic traffic, paid attribution, and automation only translate into meaningful insight after roughly 6 months together.
Why is Strategic Partnership limited to 3 new clients per month?+
It is a single-partner agency model. Each client gets 4-6 hours of strategy plus analysis plus communication from me every week, plus a monthly deep-dive report. When the client list grows, that attention thins out and performance drops. The 3 new clients per month limit protects the quality of the relationship with existing clients. When I am full, new requests go onto a waitlist.
What is the difference between AI Automation Pro and Strategic Partnership?+
AI Automation Pro automates repetitive operational processes with AI and n8n - lead capture, CRM updates, reporting, support bots, order tracking, and so on. Marketing strategy stays with your team. Strategic Partnership runs the entire marketing function: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content, and automation. Strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting all come from a single partner. Pro-level automation is included inside Strategic Partnership.
How does payment work?+
Setup fee is split 50% at project kickoff and 50% at go-live. Monthly fees are invoiced on the 1st of each month with a 7-day payment window. I accept bank transfer or credit card (secured through PayTR). For clients outside Turkey, USD or EUR options are available - we discuss those separately.
Do the prices include VAT?+
Prices on this page are exclusive of VAT (20% in Turkey). Invoices are issued as a sole proprietorship or limited company; for VAT-deducting businesses, the net cost ends up 20% lower. For clients outside Turkey, VAT does not apply (export exemption), and invoices are issued in USD or EUR.
